China saw its refined aluminum output grow 11.0% from a year earlier to 1.73 million tonnes in February this year, according to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics.
In the first two months of this year, the country produced 3.51 million tonnes of refined aluminum, 15.0% more than in the same period of last year.
Last month, the country's aluminum oxide output rose 16.5% YoY to 3.29 million tonnes, leading its aluminum oxide output for the first two month of this year to 6.81 million tonnes, up 15.0% YoY.
Meanwhile, China saw its output of refined zinc and refined lead hit 787,000 tonnes and 850,000 tonnes in the two-month period, up 1.7% and 11.1% YoY, respectively.
